Privacy notice
Who handles your information
MotorHub District, Unit 4, Orchard Business Units, Cockaynes Lane, Alresford, Colchester, CO7 8BZ. Contact motorhubdistrict@gmail.com with privacy questions or requests.
Enquiries and viewing requests
We collect the name, telephone number, email address, vehicle preferences and messages you submit so we can respond, arrange viewings and manage your buying enquiry. This supports steps you request before a purchase and our legitimate interest in managing enquiries. Only authorised dealership administrators can access these records.
Storage and contact
Enquiries are stored securely using Lovable Cloud. If email notifications are enabled, relevant details are processed by our email service to contact you about your request. We do not automatically subscribe you to marketing. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google operate their own privacy policies when you use those external links; Google Maps may process connection information when its map loads.
Retention and your rights
We keep information only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and meet applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, or object to applicable processing by contacting us. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Website measurement
Optional dealership measurement counts vehicle views and contact clicks without advertising cookies or storing visitor identities. When enabled, these counts help us understand interest in vehicles. Forms use limited request checks to help prevent spam.
